Italiano’s Restaurant brought home a top award from the Houston Press Menu of Menus Extravaganza for the second consecutive year. Competing against more than 30 Houston area restaurants, the family-owned restaurant in Humble won the Best Restaurant award in 2010.
While being voted “Best Restaurant” was a great honor, Italiano’s did even better this year - winning the food and wine tasting event’s overall Grand Prize!
Held April 12, 2011, the 9th annual Menu of Menus charitable event raised funds for The Center for Hearing and Speech. It also gave Houstonians an opportunity to sample some of the area’s best culinary talents while listening to live music and socializing at Spring Street Studios.
Italiano’s authentic Italian foods have become a favorite at the Houston event, as they did in the Humble area. With business continuing to grow, Italiano’s recently opened a new Atascocita restaurant to better serve local patrons. The new restaurant on FM 1960 East near Lake Houston serves the same delicious dishes with Italian flair.
